Recycle Southern operate a licenced Waste Transfer Facility on the outskirts of Chichester.
Fully compliant, and regulated by the Environment Agency, this is one of very few sites near the south coast that is permitted to screen and crush inert material, as well as treating domestic, commercial and construction waste.
All waste collected by our fleet of Skip, Grab and Tipper lorries, is brought into Elbridge Recycling Centre, separated into different waste streams, and either recycled on site, or bulked up and transferred to be recycled by other specialist licensed treatment plants. Unfortunately, a small amount of waste is not recyclable, in which case it would be transported elsewhere, and converted to Energy. We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and our absolute last resort is taking waste to landfill.
We are open to third parties (commercial, construction and domestic) for tipping waste, as well as collection of our recycled products – including various grades of recycled aggregate, screened soil, BS3882 topsoil, cement, and a selection of commonly used primary aggregates.

Please note, Health and Safety on site is paramount, and it essential that our site rules and procedures are adhered to at all times. There is no need to call us before you visit, however ALL visitors must report to the site office on arrival, and not proceed into the facility without being guided to do so by a member of staff. Smoking is not permitted on site. High visibility clothing, a hard hat, and suitable protective footwear must be worn on site at all times, (vests and hard hats can be purchased from the office for a small charge).
Please ensure you are considerate to other users of the industrial estate, be aware of the cycle lane just at the entrance to the access yard, and observe the 5mph speed limit throughout Elbridge Business Park, as well as the Recycling Centre.
Site rules are displayed in the main office, or can be supplied directly if requested.
All commercial / construction customers must be in possession of a Waste Carrier’s Licence to tip waste at our facility. If you are unsure what this means, please ask, and we will advise you on how to obtain one.
